Objective: to study the fujian tablet for treatment of ischemic stroke and in brainareas activated by mechanism of the mechanism of action of myelin associatedglycoprotein (MAG). Methods: clinical research:60cases patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group, each group30cases, treatment group was givenrehabilitation and control group given hua tuo restorative pill treatment, observe the twogroups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and related indicators of change.Treatment for56days. Experimental study: the common healthy male SD rats wererandomly divided into control group (consisted of3,7,14,21,28,42and56days group)105, model group, set up3,7,14,21,28, and42and56days group),105, Chinesemedicine group (consisted of3,7,14,21,28,42and56days group),105, after building,and using immunohistochemical detection of MAG technology, statistical analysis wascarried on. Results: Clinical research: the treatment group markedly effective rate was66.67%, total effective rate96.67%; Control group markedly effective rate was26.66%,total effective rate26.66%. The Ridit analysis, P <0.01, suggesting there is significantdifference between two group total effectiveness, clinical treatment group totaleffectiveness is better than that of control group. Experimental study: the inhibiting factorin the control group rats had the MAG in low expression of the state, and at various timepoints had no obvious change. In the model group rats MAG began after infarction,gradually increased, reached a peak in14d, then gradually reduced, to56d is still in thestate of high expression, were significantly higher than the control group, and theexpression of MAG at each time point compared with control groups was very significant difference (P <0.01). Shows that nerve regeneration inhibitory factor MAG faster aftercerebral infarction, reach a peak in the recovery, and expressed in sequela period is still inthe high status, visible MAG periods are involved in nerve regeneration after cerebralinfarction. Chinese medicine set of MAG increased expression of rat infarction hindbrain,among them, the3d MAG expression of no significant difference compared with modelgroup (P>0.05), the rest of the MAG expression in drug group compared with modelgroup were very significant difference (P <0.01), suggesting fujian tablet can significantlyinhibit MAG expression. Conclusion: Fujian tablet can effective treatment for ischemicstroke can obviously improve the damaged neural function in patients with ischemic stroke,and significantly improve the patients daily life activities ability. Central nerveregeneration inhibitory factor MAG in time and space distribution and lower brain regionhave close relations, nerve regeneration inhibitory factor is the important mechanism of thecut area occurs, benefit hepatorenal compound Chinese medicine fujian tablet can slicethrough the antagonism of nerve regeneration inhibitory factor MAG hinder the role ofnerve regeneration, thus activated brain regions.
