| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Xuanfei decoction and medicine on the patients with Feiqi Xuhan type perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR).And compare it with the group treated by simple medicine.Through this way to evaluate the clinical value of Yiqi Xuanfei decoction.It also provides a new way for the treatment of PAR.Methods:60patients with PAR were randomly divided into two groups,with30cases in each. The cases in treatment group were treated by Yiqi Xuanfei decoction, budesonide nasal spraying and loratadine tablet,while the cases in control group were treated by budesonide nasal spraying and loratadine tablet. The therapeutic effects of both groups were evaluated and compared after treatment.Results:(1)The total effective rate in the treatment group is90%,while the control group’s is86.67%in the end of the treatment course.There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).(2)The total effective rate in the treatment group is86.67%,while the control group’s is66.67%at the time of four weeks after the course.There are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05)(3)The total effective rate of the patients with different illness course in the two groups has no significant difference (P>0.05)(4) The total effective rate of the patients with different severity of disease in the two groups has no significant difference (P>0.05)Conclusions:(1)Both treatment group and control group are effective in the treatment of Feiqi Xuhan type PAR.(2)The therapeutic effect of the treated group is better than that of the control group at the time of four weeks after the course. The method of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a certain advantage in treating the PAR.(3)Neither illness course nor severity of disease is related to the therapeutic effect.(4) Yiqi Xuanfei decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of PAR. |
