Purpose:To research and explore the effect of the timing of aerobic exercise onthe rat of T2DM by analyzing the change of expression of sCD40L、sICAM-1、P-selectin and Cortisol before and after the experiment.Methods:The experimental method is animal experimentation. In the experiment,there are80rats, after one week, which was divided into control group (N=12,H),T2DM model group(N=68,G),common feed to H group and high glucose and high fatdiet to G group. After4weeks, STZ(30mg/kg) was injected to the left lower abdomenof G group rats after12hours of fasting, one time in the first day and the other in thethird day, common placebo was injected to H group rats. Then each rat vein blood wastaken to test FPG..The56successful T2DM rats(FPG≥16.7mmol/L) were randomlydivided into T2DM control group (N=14,C) and sports group(N=42,S). After oneweek’s adaptability exercise, S group was divided into6:00group(N=14,SM组),12:00group(N=14,SN) and18:00group(N=14,SE).Then we took the timing of aerobicexercise on the rat of S group according to the experiment scheme. At the end of thesixth week, we took each rat vein blood to test FPG and took heart blood and separatedplasma to test indicator values after12hours of fasting. ELISA method was used to testthe indicators of sCD40L, sICAM-1, P-selectin, Fins and Cortisol. SPSS11.5softwarewas used to handle the data.Result:1. The levels of the rats’FPG and Cortisol are higher at18:00than those at6:00in the normal state(P<0.01). The plasma levels of Fins have no significantdifference at6:00and18:00(P﹥0.05).2. The levels of T2DM rats’ FPG、Fins and Cortisol are all above normallevels(P<0.01),they all have no significant difference at6:00and18:00(P﹥0.05).3. In the course of the experiment, H group’s weight was increasing(P<0.01),Cgroup’s weight was increasing in the first four weeks(P<0.01),no significant change inthe last two weeks.SM group’s weight didn’t change significantly in the six weeks. SNgroup’s weight decreased significantly in the third week (P<0.01).SE group continued to show a downward trend(P<0.01).At the same time SE group’s weight was lower thanthose of SM and SN group(P<0.01).4. After6weeks’ aerobic exercise, rats’ FPG of S group’s were significant lowerthan C group’s (P<0.01). SE group and SN group decreased more obviously than SMgroup(P<0.05).5. After6weeks’ aerobic exercise, rats’ Homa-IR of S group were significant lowerthan C group’s (P<0.01), SE group was lower than SM group(P<0.05);the levels ofHoma-β of S and C groups were lower than those of H group(P<0.01),the levels ofHoma-β of SN and SE groups were significant higher than those of C group(P<0.01).6. After6weeks’ aerobic exercise, the levels of sCD40L,sICAM-1,P-selectin andCortiso in S group were significant lower than those of C group (P<0.01; the levels ofsCD40L、P-selectin in SN and SE groups were lower than those of SM group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1. In the normal state, the levels of rats’ FPG and Cortisol haverhythm. The rhythm of T2DM rats’FPG and Cortisol disappeared, at the same time theyhad IR and inflammation state.2. Timing aerobic exercise can effectively control T2DM rats’weight, decreasetheir FPG and improve IR. The effect of exercise in the peak period of FPG was betterthan that at other time of the day. But it had no effect on the rhythm of T2DM rats’FPG.3. Timing aerobic exercise can effectively reduce the T2DM rats’ plasma levels ofinflammatory factors and improve the inflammatory reaction, then protect the vascular.In the peak period of FPG, aerobic exercise’s anti-inflammatory is more effective thanother time.
