For thousand years ago, natural drugs with its unique pharmacological activity, low toxicity and highly effective in the treatment, to win more and more scholars focused on it. Chinese herbal medicine as a natural phytomedicine, has been widely accepted by the public. And the tradition medicine of Ganoderma lucidum has been concern for5000years.At present, G. lucidum has been well recognized as a medicine and food. G. lucidum and G. lucidum spores have anti-tumor effects that increasing people’s attention. There are more and more studies on G. lucidum and G. lucidum spores. This report was studied on Glucidum and the method of change the G. lucidum into nano one or G. lucidum spores and the process of broken the spores, then used scanning electron microscopic to observation it. At different rotational speed, time and ball percentage be important factors which influence the nanometers degree and the broken effectiveness. The results show that speed was the most important for nano’s degree and the broken effectiveness, the sooner the better; the ball percentage has litter influence on it.Make G. lucidum fruiting body, G. lucidum spore, nano G. lucidum and wall-broken spore were compared through the solvent extraction methods. Owing to medicine surface area in contact with solvent and G. lucidum spores cell wall was toughed, it will influence content of extract. In this part of experiment, the yields of petroleum ether extract (PE), chloroform extract (CE), acetone extract (AE), methanol extract (ME) and water extract (WE) of G. lucidum nano-and micron-size powder, and the yields of PE, CE, AE, ME as well as WE of G. lucidum wall-broken and wall-unbroken spore powder, were compared. Nano G. lucidum content of extract from different solvent has higher than that micron one G. lucidum wall-broken spore content of extract from different solvent has higher than that wall-unbroken one. Nano G. lucidum water extract (WE) has3.63times than that micron one. G. lucidum wall-broken spore petroleum ether extract (PE) has2.02times than that wall-unbroken one, chloroform extract (CE) has3.14times than that wall-unbroken one, water extract (WE) has2.07times than that wall-unbroken one. Compare to water extract (WE) from Nano G. lucidum the total sugars was2.11times than that micron one. G lucidum wall-broken spore the total sugars were1.43times than that wall-unbroken one. GC-MS spectrometer was used for analysis and identification of constituents of the PEs. The results show that the micron G. lucidum gets54species compound, nano G. lucidum gets59species compound, both two medicine have35same species compound, take the total sugar39.94%and50.28%respective. They have6same species compound.Comparison of the results obtained by G. lucidum and wall-broken spore will yield additional researches, to learn more about the benefits. We can be evaluated by examining cytotoxicity, oxidative stress and apoptosis/necrosis. There is a necessity for a better understanding of the extracts that affect living cells. Nano technology is introduced for the research and development of modern Chinese materia medica in this paper. It has amplitude’s applied foreground that application on technology of nano medicine preparation in the research of Chinese materia medica modernization. The aqueous extract of the nano-size G. lucidum powder has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Hela cells and SRA01/04cells, while other solvent extracts did not show obvious proliferation inhibition. In addition, the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) induced by extracts can damage external (membrane) or internal cells. ROS production of aqueous extract was much higher than that of other extracts. The petroleum ether extract have a little ROS production. Among the various mechanisms for scrutinizing cell death, apoptosis is considered to be the most preferred response. Apoptosis and necrosis of the extracts increase with their decreasing aspect ratio in both aqueous extract and petroleum ether extract. Apoptosis/necrosis and ROS of cells treated with aqueous extract exhibited a similar response to that of cell viability.In this study, we get the modem nanotechnology and traditional chinese medicine together, with the cell techology to discussion and help people clearly know the potential impact on human body. We tried to make effort on efficiency and reduce production cost, for improve the long-circulation and targeting properties of nanomedicine. Furthermore, based on the discussion above, some new nano-technology in valued ideas can be expected for the modern development of traditional chinese medicine.
