Objective:To explore the significance of Cys C predict early kidney damage caused by the contrast agent. Observed Validity of Danshen Chuanxiong Injection on the Contrast-induced nephropathy after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with blood stasis type of coronary heart disease.Methods:From patients undergoing elective PCI surgery, the collection of blood stasis type of coronary heart disease patients with100cases, According to the principle of randomized, single-blind, controlled divided into treatment group and control group clinically. Two groups of patients were in accordance with the treatment of coronary heart disease to give basic drug and routine hydration treatment, the treatment group received kidney protecting Danshen Chuanxiong Injection for5days, detection of Danshen Chuanxiong Injection after intervention, blood stasis type of coronary heart disease undergoing elective PCI the postoperative24hour,72hour, patients with CysC、SCr indexes, and before and after the intervention, and Of non-ionic contrast agent choose low permeability contrast medium, and record usage (treatment group:232.5±23.6ml, The control group:226.0±28.5ml)Result.1Control PCI preoperative and postoperative serum CysC, Scr, GFR concentration changes1.1Control group after24hours compared with preoperative24hours, higher serum CysC is obvious, difference have statistical significance (P<0.05)1.2Control group compared with preoperative24hours,24hour after serum levels of Scr, GFR did not see obvious changes, no obvious statistical significance difference (P>0.05)1.3Control group compared with postoperative24hours,72hours after serum Scr significant increases, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) and GFR decline, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), serum CysC decreased obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2Before and after treatment serum CysC, Scr, the change of GFR 2.1Treatment group compared with control group, preoperative serum CysC24hours, Scr and GFR indexes did not see obvious difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05)2.2Compared with control group, treatment group24hours postoperative serum CysC level significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Treatment group24hours postoperatively Scr, GFR did not see obvious change, it had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)2.3Compared with the control group, treatment group after72hours indices such as serum CysC, Scr levels significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); GFR72hour after treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1, Danshen Chuanxiong Injection to prevent kidney damage caused by contrast to have prevention and protection,2, Compared with the traditional Scr and GFR index, urinary chalone C to predict early kidney damage caused by contrast agents may be even more valuable.
