ObjectiveThrough clinical trials on migraine patients with blood stasis syndrome, the clinical effects of acupoint injection therapy and non-acupoint injection therapy of Danshen injection on migraine patients were compared, and the principle of acupoint injection was explored.Acupoint injection therapy for migraine provides a scientific basis.MethodsIn the acupuncture clinic of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72 patients with blood stasis type who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of this disease were included. The collected patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomness,36 patients in each group. The treatment group used the method of acupoint injection of Danshen injection to inject Taiyang(EX-HN5),Fengchi(GB20)and Xuehai(SP10).Fengchi(GB20)and Xuehai(SP10)acupoint was injected with 0.4ml of Danshen injection, while Taiyang(EX-HN5)was injected with 0.2ml.The control group was injected the same amount of Danshen injection at 0.5cm beside the six acupoints. The course of treatment was twice a week,1 course includes 10 treatments. After 1 and 2 courses, the patients were given VAS score, headache score, and completed migraine-specific quality of life questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0.ResultsNine of the 70 patients with blood-stasis who met the diagnostic criteria were unable to complete the study and developed shedding.Among them,6 patients in the control group,3 patients in the treatment group, and 30 patients in the final control group. The study was performed in 32 patients.Data from the two groups of patients showed:1.After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment, the VAS score and headache score and MSQ score of the two groups of migraine patients decreased significantly(P<0.05).The lower the score with the increase of treatment time;2.At the end of 1 course and 2 courses, the VAS score and headache score of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;3.There was no significant difference in MSQ score between the two groups after one course of treatment. The scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after two courses of treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.4.After 1 course of treatment,20 cases were effective in the treatment group,12 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate reached 62.5%;11 cases in the control group were effective,19 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 36.7%.The difference was statistically significant.5.After 2 courses of treatment,29 cases were effective in the treatment group,3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate reached 90.6%;24 cases in the control group were effective,6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.0%,the difference was not statistical Learning meaning. However, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant in the ranking of treatment courses.6.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the two courses of treatment.Conclusion1.In the two courses of the study, the acupoint injection and non-acupoint injection of Danshen injection can alleviate the clinical symptoms of blood stagnation migraine to a certain extent, and the curative effect is more obvious with the extension of the course of treatment;2.Acupoint injection of Danshen injection can effectively reduce the severity of migraine and improve the quality of life of patients, and it is obviously better than non-acupoint injection after 2 courses of treatment;3.The improvement of the clinical symptoms of migraine is not consistent with the reduction of the score of the migraine-specific quality of life questionnaire;4.With the increase of the course of treatment, the total effective rate of acupoint injection and non-acupoint injection of Danshen injection may be consistent;5.How to select non-acupoints as a control is still a major problem in clinical research, which needs further discussion.
