Objective: To study of super-selective renal artery embolization fortraumatic renal hemorrhage clinical value,analysis of the significance ofpreoperative MRI examination and postoperative renal function observedin patients.Methods: Choose22patients who treat in our hospital have gotrenal injury caused by variety of injuries and percutaneousnephrolithotomy,including17males and5females,Age15-67years,average50.4years,before embolization they all finished MRIexamination,in order to know the basic situation of kidney injury, thebleeding location,when the hematoma occurred.The renal arteriographyfurther shows the renal vessels injury,.Select catheter depends on theangiography.We can use microcatheter for super-selective,according tothe injury situation choose appropriate embolic agents,We use theappropriate embolic agents cause an artificial embolization until theinjury vessel doesn’t develop.After embolization have a interrelatedexamination to know the function of the kidney.Results: The group collected a total of22conservative medicaltreatment fails in patients with hematuria clinical data,combined withpreoperative renal MR, selective renal artery embolization, intraoperativeangiography can clearly bleeding blood vessels have been fully embolism.Postoperative observation of blood in the urine within24hours willdisappear, red blood cells in urine decreased significantly, and can achieve normal, routine blood examination of red blood cells andhemoglobin are stable, and gradually increase. Postoperative renalfunction tests and intravenous pyelography define renal function,comprehensive all tests, selective renal artery embolization can entermost likely protect the patient’s kidney function.Clear the kidney damagediagnosis cases, lines of selective renal artery embolization can timelysolve the problem of hemorrhage, superselective embolization couldprotect patients with normal renal tissue as much as possible, theadvantages of small trauma, fewer complications, and better effect.Conclusion: Preoperative renal MRI examination can define theposition of hemorrhage and hematoma happened time and so on,whichprovide great help for embolization.According to intraoperativeangiography,select the embolization coil and gelatin sponge particles bothcombined to achieve complete occlusion effect can avoid ectopicembolism, damage to a minimum. Only a minority of patients withpostoperative fever, abdominal pain embolism syndrome, such assymptomatic support were improved after treatment. Line after renalfigure examination can clearly with only a small number ofnon-functional due to bruise or embolism, does not affect other functionof normal kidney tissues, thus a selective renal artery embolization is notonly little injury, postoperative complications, mild, and will try my bestto protect the normal function of the kidney.
