O b j e c t i v e:To observe how Xinle capsule influence on the CVB3infectedBALB/c mice’s myocardial tissue MMP-1and TIMP-1level.to furtherexplore Xinle capsules mechanism of action of anti-myocardial injuryfrom ventricular remodeling and myocardial cytoprotection level.M e t h o d s:Health BABL/c mice60, were randomly divided into6groups,10/group: the normal control group, the pathologic control group, theAstragalus group,the high、 the middle、 the low dose group. Usingimmunohis-tochemistry SP two-step detection of Xinle Capsule onthe expression of MMP-1and TIMP-1in myocardial tissue of mice.R e s u l t s:1、Compared with the control group, the rest of the myocardialtissue of mice elevated levels of MMP-1, in which the model controlgroup increased significantly (P <0.01); compared with the modelgroup, Yudanrongxinwan pill myocardial tissue MMP-1levelsdecreased (P <0.05), while the Xinle capsules each dose groupdecreased significantly (P <0.01).And Yudanrongxinwan pill groupcompared to the low-dose group the Xinle Capsule myocardial tissueMMP-1levels decreased (P <0.05), while the Xinle capsules high dosegroup decreased significantly (P <0.01).Compared with Xinle capsuleswith low-dose group, high dose group Xinle of myocardial MMP-1levels decreased (P <0.01).2、Compared with the control group, the rest of the myocardialtissue of mice reduced levels of TIMP-1, in which the model controlgroup decreased significantly (P <0.01); compared with the modelgroup, Yudanrongxinwan pill myocardial tissue TIMP-1levels increased (P <0.05), while the Xinle capsules each dose groupincreased significantly (P <0.01).And Yudanrongxinwan pill groupcompared to the high and low-dose groups the Xinle Capsulemyocardial tissue TIMP-1levels increased (P <0.05). Compared withXinle capsules with low-dose group, high dose group Xinle ofmyocardial TIMP-1levels increased (P <0.01).C o n c l u s i o n:1.Every dose of Xinle capsule can reduce the levels of CVB3BALB/c mice MMP-1, increase TIMP-1levels.2.As for viralmyocarditis mouse model, Xinle capsules can affect MMPs system, toreduce the accumulation of myocardial collagen fibers, slow down theprocess of myocardial fibrosis.
