The Study On Mechanism Of Immune Regulation Of Acupuncture In Terating Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To explore the mechanism in treating acute cerebral infarction byobserving changes in IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α of the patients with acute cerebralinfarction before and after treatment.Methods：60patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into theneedle medicine group (treatment group) and the drug treatment group (control group) of30patients. The two groups were treated with the same medications.2ml fasting venousblood was investigated before and after treatment for all cases. Serum was isolated3000r/min by centrifuge, and placed in-70°refrigerator. By using ELISA method,IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α levels were determined before and after treatment in twogroups.Results:(1) Compared with the normal level, the level of IL-6、TNF-α increased in patients ofacute cerebral infarction; The difference was significant (P <0.05);(2) Before treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in two groups, IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α levels showed no significant difference (P>0.05);(3) Before and after drug treatment, the significant decrease of the IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-αlevels (P <0.05) were observed;(4) Before and after needle medicine treatment, the significant decrease of the IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α levels (P <0.05) were observed;(5) After treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(two groups), the level ofIL-6、TNF-α showed significant difference (P <0.05); IL-1α, IL-1β showed no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) Acute cerebral infarction in patients with early onset existed local inflammatory,which caused the level of inflammatory factors elevated significantly; it showed that thelevel of IL-6、TNF-α significantly higher than normal;(2) Both acupuncture plus drugs and drug therapy alone can reduce the level of IL-6、TNF-α for patients with acute cerebral infarction;(3) After the treatment of acupuncture plus drugs, the level of IL-6、TNF-α aresignificantly lower than the pure drug therapy; it could be believed that acupuncture plus drugs is better than pure drug therapy on the effects of immune regulation function.(4) Compared with the normal, the patients with acute cerebral infarction on the levelof IL-1α、IL-1β had no significant difference; there was difference in IL-1α before andafter treatment, but the difference had no statistical significance.
