The concepts of number come from nature, from human observations on theobjective world and exploration of the environments, it is summed up by the humanunderstanding of the material world, and developed with the generation of humancivilization. Human civilization began to create text, and text creation begins withthe number. Figures, as a special symbol of language, are endowed with rich culturalconnotations in the two languages of Uyghur and Han. Han and Uyghur have theirown different language habits, customs, historical traditions and religious beliefs, andthus comes the different formation of digital culture. Cultural meanings implied bythese figures are of great abundance, according to the different words in Chinese andUighur digital sayings and their differences in figurative sense that passed in thetranslation process, it is rarely corresponded to cultural information, the Chinese andUighur sayings translation methods include direct translation, liberal translation,the equivalent loan words, and annotate direct translation from differentunderstanding of digitals between two nationalities,this paper is focus on ugyr andchainese digitals, so that explore more methods and skills in ugyr and chaineselanguages translation.by a lot of researches.
