With China’s rapid economic growth and international status, the enthusiasm ofthe world to learn Chinese is also rising. Global Chinese language teaching andpromoting came to a prosperous development of diversified forms. How to carry outresearch and analysis by the difference of country, regional, and learner characteristics,not only conforms to the status and needs of the local Chinese educationaldevelopment work, but can also further promote the good process of the internationalpromotion of Chinese.South Korea is the neighbor of China, there is a long history and beautiful futurebetween the two countries on the factor of no matter on the character of geographyand humanities, or on the reasons of long history and culture relations. In recent years,the Chinese Language Council International Office in order to fully promote theChinese language around the world, and actively establish a Confucius Institute,followed by Chinese teaching. The development of Chinese teaching in South Koreahas also been an unprecedented development, Chinese language teaching in primaryand secondary schools also gradually be taken seriously,2010, Busan, South KoreaDepartment of Education and the National Chinese international promotion ofChinese language office has sent26Chinese primary and secondary teachingassistants to enter the Korean Busan each primary and secondary schools to teachChinese by cooperation from China. And in this year it has grown to the secondsession, with this a good momentum of growth the Korean primary and secondaryChinese language teaching is gradually being valued and is the expansion trend.Chinese teaching in South Korea has the cooperation with "Hanban" of China alsocontinued friendly to expand and develop.It is beneficial for understanding the current situation of Chinese teaching andpromotion in South Korea to analysis and research the Chinese language educationwhich will take more conducive to commence the Chinese teaching program in Korea.
