The Internship Survey Of The Master Of Chinese International Education

Zhejiang Province enrolls more than 40 Chinese Masters of International Education each year,including Zhejiang Normal University and Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology.Two Chinese masters of International Education in universities should attend teaching practice.How are their internships? No papers have been published yet.From the student’s point of view,based on the investigation of the teaching practice of MTCSOL in Zhejiang Normal University and Zhejiang Institute of Science and Technology,this paper tries to find out the advantages and problems in the practice,reveal the causes of the problems and try to put forward solutions by analyzing the practice situation,teaching objects and feedback from the practice units in the two universities.The countermeasures are to explore a more suitable mode for training and practice.The findings are as follows:Advantages: First,wide practice channels,overseas practice opportunities;Second,good internship motivation;Third,the variety of interns teaching courses,teaching time is sufficient;Fourth,through the practice of teaching experience and analysis of problemsolving ability;Fifth,a positive attitude to work,lecture speed is moderate;Sixth,the dissemination of China Cultural knowledge and respect for different cultures.Problem: The first intern is in the language barrier,especially in the elementary class,which leads to the problems of classroom management and the lack of communication between teachers and students;the second,there is not a close connection between theory and practice in the middle and senior class,and the lack of comprehensive knowledge is a new problem that has not been found in the previous study;the third,Chinese The problems of language noumenon knowledge,basic teaching skills and Chinese textbooks have appeared at all stages of teaching.Fourthly,the two-year academic system for the major needs to be discussed.Sixth,learners believe that teachers should rectify their teaching ability and improve their teaching ability.In view of the problems of interns,the author puts forward the following suggestions from two aspects: interns and university training units: first,to master solid professional knowledge.Second,strengthen the oral level of media language.Third,take the initiative to learn other professional knowledge.Fourth,improve teaching adaptability.Fifth,improve the ability of modern educational technology.Sixth,improve the ability to prepare lessons.Training units: first,expand the scope of curriculum selection,pay attention to the interdisciplinary and diversity.Second,we should appropriately extend the educational system and pay equal attention to both theory and practice.Third,interdisciplinary guidance teachers should be invited to achieve diversity of mentors.
