This paper first introduced teaching features of international schools with thetarget school as a typical example. It is used five aspects to explain the previousstudies on teaching, which are based on Game Teaching Method, ConstructivistTheory, Cognitive Development Theory, Theory of Interest and Second LanguageAcquisition on Children. Besides, it is indicated that the starting point and foothold ishow teachers use instructional design to help students to acquire knowledge and skillsmore effectivelyThis paper pays more attention to improving students ten-basic qualities that isaccording to the main idea of this target school`s PYP idea and emphasizes developstudents into “diligent in thinking, communicating and reflectingâ€, which isinfluenced by the inquiry-based teaching idea and Game Teaching Method. Differentquestionnaires are designed at the same time, including students, parents and teachersquestionnaires. The analyzing of these questionnaires help to examine the effect ofGame Teaching Method and point out the lack of teaching methods and proposevaluable suggestions. |
