The game teaching approach is to use a variety of teaching tools and methods, to create a relaxed learning environment, so that students can study happily in the classroom. Children, as a young group of Chinese international education activities,are lively by nature and have full of curiosity;"game teaching edutainment" can help them learn better.Based on the background of Thailand Chinese teaching environment, combined with the author’s teaching experience in the Thailand Chinese school, this paper discusses the organization and application of game teaching approach in elementary Chinese teaching for international students, including how to use game teaching method improving Chinese teaching efficiency and help students overcome the anxieties in learning Chinese, as well as the suitable selection and arrangement of teaching games for Thailand students,etc.This paper is divided into seven chapters. The introduction part mainly elaborates the selected topic reason, background, research purpose, research method, significance and innovation of the research. The second chapter introduces the related concept of game teaching method, the achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars on the game teaching approach. The third chapter, expounds the relationship between games and children’s language learning on the basis of the cognitive and psychological characteristics and emotions of the teaching objects.The fourth chapter demonstrates the application and effectiveness of game teaching with some teaching cases. In the fifth chapter, the effects of application of game teaching approach in teaching of the elementary teaching of Chinese International education is evaluated through a combination of questionnaires and data analysis. The sixth chapter reflects on the game teaching approach, based on objective survey results and the author’s teaching practice and experience.
