Experienee Eeonomy is a newly developing type of economic mode based onservice economy, this issue used the traditional cultural products as carrier with thebackground of experience economy£analysing the related workflow and process of thedesign management and indagating the ways for traditional cultural products to applythat workflow to poduct innovation, brand planning and results promotion, etc, as thusachieves the benign circulation development.The main study directions of the Design Management focus on the relevantknowledge, thinking and plan of design, and combine with management capability andskills.However, Today’s China traditional culture product innovation development facesome serious problems such as deficient manegement obsolete design. Thus both have alot of complementary space. So this paper research aims to achieve the followingrequirements: put the innovative design of the traditional cultural products into thestudy of modern design management under the background of the experience economy,enriching the related fields of design management, while at the same time helping toexplore the innovation development ways of the traditional cultural products.This issue started with the study on the mode of mutually blend between designand management, in thus finding the overlapping possibility between the design and themanagement as two independent discipline. Then discussed the characteristics of thetraditional cultural products under the circumstance of the experience economy,reserching on the aspects of breakthrough about the products with examples. At lasttook the design strategy management, the design process management and the designexecution progress management as three aspects, concretely expouded the workflowmodel of design management which takes the the traditional cultural products as carriein the experience economy.Chapter4,5,6are the main parts of this issue, focusing on the strategy, workflowand execution progress of design management. Design strategy management is thepreliminary planning stage in the process of design, focusing on the overall contributionwhich from design to business based on the needs of the market and customer. Designprocess management is the core of the design process, it relates the specific ways ofdesign and the advantage of the differentiation competitive.The design executionprogress management is the next steps after completing the design of the producet which is the promotion stage of the design results, and the experience of it is alsovaluable for the team of management and design.Moreover, the study of those threeaspects throughout the background of experienee eonomy, and divided into several partsbased on the specific demand of the design which blended together with each other butalso had thier own specific position. In this way to discuss the theories and the praticalmeanings for how design management can provide to the innovation development of thetraditional cultural product.The innovation points of this issue were as follow,discussed the DesignManagement under the circumstance of the Experienee Eeonomy, and took thetraditional cultural product as carrier to study and analyze the effect of DesignManagement in its innovation of design.
