As the prophet foretold that, twenty-first century will be a knowledge and learning times, isknowledge, information and technology leading century, is undergoing profound changescentury. Students of the modern life world has undergone tremendous changes, these changes tothe students who should possess the knowledge and skills has put forward higher requirements.Therefore, modern education must change, in order to adapt to the social development andchange rapidly. And education initiative also is no longer on to learners fixed knowledge, but toall kinds of skills to learners of the model. This means that teachers should use a new teachingmode and teaching method, and with a new teaching design idea to design teaching. At presentour country university“photography basic”education reform is being carried out, the possibilityof establishing a beneficial to promote quality education in the new photography teaching modeto make up for the disadvantages of the traditional teaching, and with the basic photographyteaching reform tide standards, already became the university photography education faced oneof the important content.This research hopes to convert the previous“photography”old teaching design thinking,choose the appropriate new theory and method to guide“the photography foundation”teachingdesign. The contemporary british famous teaching design theorists, the united states sheila qiu siuniversity college of education teaching design, development, evaluation of professor AlexanderJoseph Romiszowski proposed the knowledge structure on, with the knowledge and skills ofclassification as the center of the knowledge structure of the teaching design theory is fit for thebasic course of theory and practice of“photography”, art and technology, knowledge and skillcharacteristics of integration. We tried to through the application of knowledge structure theoryto reform current“photography”theory and practice detached from the current situation ofteaching design. This article will study the new teaching design in“the photography foundation”teaching in the specific implementation in order to optimize the teaching process, teachingreform for university“photography foundation”to provide a scientific basis.The first chapter of this paper expatiates the background and significance, the presentsituation of the study at home and abroad, and about the knowledge and skills of the concept and classification,for the development of research laid the foundation; The second chapter basicallyshows based on knowledge structure theory of "the photography foundation" of the teachingdesign related theory,including bruna’s learning theory,accept and found learning theory andknowledge structure theory of basic content and so on,as the knowledge structure theory in basicphotography teaching design provides the theory basis for the application; In the third chapterwas put forward teaching design principle,the teaching process design of the basic elements,teaching design process,teaching design process based on the knowledge structure theory,andso on. Laid the necessary foundation for knowledge structure theory in the teaching design in thespecific application; The fourth chapter take the educational technology specialty of "basicphotography" in the course of the seventh chapter "photography" as an example,application ofknowledge structure of portrait photography are specific teaching design,that can make theoryand practice of fusion,and sublimes the knowledge structure theory application’s value. At theend of the thesis to this research summarized and pointed out that the study of the problems andshortcomings in the follow-up study,put forward the main content.The innovation of this paper lies in that it’s appling the theory of knowledge and skills inthe teaching design and practice for the first time,on the basis of theoretical research summingup the principles of teaching design based on the theory of knowledge and skills and the basicelements of the design of teaching process. Puting forward teaching design process based on thetheory of knowledge and skills,specifically appling the study of the theory of knowledge andskills to the photography foundation course teaching design and practice,making the research ofthe theory of knowledge and skills practically and viably.
