The construction theories for the Party is the importantconstituted part of Mao Zedong thought, aiming at the problem ofthe cadres education, Mao Zedong pours into strenuous effort,particularly in YAN-an period. Consequently, The party’s cadres’troops maintains the creativity, coherence and battle effectiveness,leading China to complete the national independence and people’sliberation, carrying out the profound social change of Chinesehistory.During the new democratic revolution period, Mao Zedongattached importance to the problem of cadres’ education, thethought of Mao Zedong cadre education experienced the phasesfrom sprout to formation and maturity. Yan-an period was a keyperiod for Chinese revolutionary development. It was also one of themost important periods of CCP construction. During the Yan-an 13years The Party experienced the whole war against Japan and amajority of time in liberation war, war and base construction needed large numbers of political and military cadres. The Project ofParty’s cadres’ education developed rapidly at this time. Thethought of Mao Zedong cadre education to be mature and systemic.Yan-an period of Mao Zedong’s thoughts of cadre education inorder to strengthen the ruling party cadres’education providevaluable lessons, on the construction of our party cadres with highquality education today, building learning oriented political partiesand improving the party’s governing capacity of importantreference and inspiration. Mao Zedong’s thoughts of cadreeducation in Yan-an on strengthening the training of cadres, partyleadership firmly in the hands of the Marxists are of major guidingsignificance.
