The purpose of language learning is communication. How can we make students active with the teachers’teaching and happy to learn a second language in the classroom environment.This is not just the language skills to teach, we also need the more effective teaching methods. With the growing of China’s comprehensive national strength, Chinese are also increasingly attracted world attention. Learning Chinese continues to heat up around the world, as a Chinese volunteer teacher in Thailand, We should seriously study the characteristics of the Chinese language itself and develop teaching strategies and teaching methods suited to local students in order to improve the quality of Chinese teaching to enhance students’interest in learning Chinese.Because of cultural differences in Thailand, the Thai school education and learning are very different with China’s education and teaching mode. Thailand is a Buddhist country. There are a lot of new things we need to learn in our teaching practice. We have to be good at observing and learning the native worth learning from teaching ways and means in the teaching of life, to have a good exchange with the students in the future Chinese language teaching.In the teaching process, we should give full consideration to the characteristics of the local students as well as cultural practices in Thailand to organize teaching. This article will also benefit from the Thai school’s unique characteristics and the situation of the Thai students’classroom and the current Chinese Class of Thailand school education to understand the Thai students’campus life. After a certain degree of understanding. We need to reflect and analysis for Chinese language teaching. How to teach Chinese language in the oral teaching and writing teaching and use which teaching methods and teaching models to teach in order to receive good teaching.This study is only my personal opinion in Thailand teaching practice this year. Ultimate goal is to enable Thai secondary school students to take the initiative to accept the Chinese and learn Chinese happily in the Chinese classroom teaching process. I hope this article can also be helpful to teachers engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language abroad.
