The classroom management is an important part of the classroom teaching and a crucial means to guarantee the teaching quality and improve students' learning efficiency.Studying the classroom management is not only of great importance for the normal education,but also has a great impact on the development of teaching Chinese as a second language and Chinese students' language proficiency.With increasingly close exchanges between China and Thailand and the booming development of the Chinese education,the Hanban dispatches a large number of Chinese teachers every year to support the Chinese education in Thailand.However,Chinese teachers have encountered many troubles in the classroom management as a result of cultural differences and different characteristics of Thai students.The classroom management is a vital part of classroom teaching and directly affects the results of Chinese teaching.It is of great importance to study how to improve the classroom management of Chinese teachers and make sure the successful classroom teaching.The thesis takes advantage of the sampling survey on Chinese teachers and Thai students at Thailand vocational college to elaborate its classroom management,which is based on the author's teaching experience at Thailand vocational college.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the reasons for the topic selection and research methods,sorts out the status quo of current researches and reviews research results of academic circles on the classroom management,which aims at presenting the achievements and deficiencies of existing researches,and figuring out what improvement and innovation can be made in this thesis.The second part introduces related concepts of the classroom management,summarizes the meaning,content and goals of the classroom management,and defines the meaning of classroom problem behaviors.The third part mainly starts with the origin and development of the Chinese education and the status quo of Chinese teachers in Thailand and combs the status quo of the classroom management at Thailand vocational college,which intends to elaborate its advantages and disadvantages of the classroom management.The fourth part analyzes questionnaires and reasons for classroom problem behaviors at Thailandvocational college from the perspectives of social values,teachers,students,family and school environment.The fifth part proposes some suggestions on improving the classroom management efficiency at Thailand vocational college on the basis of reasons for classroom problem behaviors mentioned in the fourth chapter.Suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of the culture,teachers,classroom atmosphere and communication between Chinese teachers,parents and local teachers,to provide a reference for the classroom management of teaching Chinese as a second language.The conclusion part summarizes main research results and deficiencies of this thesis.
