Decision making refers to, in a certain degree based on understanding of the target information, presenting possible options by using scientific ways and methods, carrying on analysis, comparison andevaluation, according to the certain decision criteria, selected from the most satisfactory answer, andaccording to the scheme of the feedback to adjust plan, to achieve a particular goal. According to thedifferent decision condition the individual faced with, decision making can be divided into the certaintydecision making and uncertainty decision making. Long-term since, uncertainty decision making is alsoknown as risky decision making has always been explored in economics, management, psychology, neuroscience, social science and many other fields of researchers.Although previous studies, mostly from individuals tend to rational decision making perspectiveto discuss the various factors in the decision making process, but undeniable is, the individual informationprocessing and cognitive external stimulation, make the corresponding judgment and decision makingprocess, there exist inevitable immanent connection and effect. The useful information can be referenced tothe previous study, that is the self reference information on cognitive process of the subject, the subject ofself-relevant information has a relative stable preferences and memory; self positive information can berapid self-motives. Self information processing may be in emotional regulation for the intermediary toinfluence policy-making, also may be altered through individual identity or implicit self-esteem and affectdecision-making, or may involve more complex and sophisticated cognitive process and structure. In the self-reference and non self-reference conditions, individual risk decision making process inthe neural electrical level should exist certain differences, the study is a preliminary attempt to explore ERPdata to support this hypothesis. Experiment one investigate in the positive reference conditions, namely selfpositive reference and non self positive reference under the condition of known and unknown probability, probability risk decision-making differences exist between. The results show that, the brain in differentregions and different decision-making process at different time and different level land is activated.Similarly, in experiment two, the purpose is to study the negative reference conditions, namely selfnegative and non self negative reference under the condition of known and unknown probability, riskdecision-making differences exist between. The results show that, the brain in different regions and different decision-making process will also be different time and different level land is activated, confirmedthe decision process difference.
