In general,moderate academic pressure helps to arouse students' motivation to learn and improve their learning initiative and learning efficiency.However,excessive academic stress may lead to poor academic adaptability,reduced learning efficiency,and may even lead to serious psychological problems and behavioral events.In the context of the current severe examination-oriented education,high school students generally have greater academic pressure,this larger academic pressure may lead to some high school students to adapt to the school bad.However,not all high school students in high academic pressure situation will lead to poor school adaptation,which may have some personality factors in which play an intermediary regulatory role.Through the early literature research,this study suggests that psychological elasticity factors and some basic personality factors may play an important mediating role in it.Based on the literature review,this study investigates the interaction mechanism of high school students' academic pressure,psychological elasticity,personality traits and school adaptability by high school students.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the academic pressure of high school students in the grade,family living place there are significant differences;(2)the psychological elasticity of high school students in the grade,whether the only child,family residence,school type there are significant differences;(3)There are significant differences in the personality extroversion of high school students in gender,grade,whether only child,family residence,and school type;(4)There is a significant difference in the personality emotion of high school students between sex and family.(5)High school students have a significant difference in school grade,whether only child,family residence and school type;(6)Self-pressure,teacher pressure,social pressure,psychological elasticity support,personality extroversion and personality emotion of high school students can significantly predict the school adaptability of high school students;(7)play an intermediary role in academic stress and psychological adaptability in school adaptation;(8)in the academic pressure and school adaptation,personality traits(extroversion and emotional)from the intermediary role;(9)In the structural equation of academic pressure,psychological elasticity,personality extroversion,personality emotion and school adaptation,psychological elasticity-extroversion,psychological elasticity-emotion play an intermediary role.
