As soon as the promotion of Chinese international education, teaching Chinese as a second language in American elementary, middle and high school becomes more and more popular. The set up of IVC classroom increased the promotion and dissemination of Chinese language and culture. This new form of teaching makes new demands on teaching Chinese to the foreign language speakers. This paper gives an analysis of the methods and skills of teaching Chinese as a second language to American elementary, middle and high school students and how to make it well. |
