At the Beginning of the 21 century,the "Flipping Classroom" teaching mode as a new mode aroused the enthusiasm of educators and educational researchers.At the same time,the development of this mode has ushered in the new opportunities with the development of information technology in recent years.More and more disciplines have applied it to subject teaching since the "Flipping Classroom" teaching model has been introduced into China,and the community of teaching Chinese as a second language has also set off a wave of research on the "Flipping Classroom" teaching model.At present,researching on the application of the "Flipping Classroom" teaching model in teaching Chinese as a second language is still in the exploratory stage.Although many scholars have carried out teaching experiments combining the teaching Chinese as a second language with the "Flipping Classroom" mode and have achieved success,most of the relevant research has focused on language skills,such as listening or writing classes,and integrated courses.There are few related studies combined comprehensive course with this model,especially at the elementary level,which is almost blank.This paper conducts teaching research based on this reason,and hopes that this research can give some inspiration to the application of the "Flipping Classroom" teaching mode in the comprehensive Chinese course at the elementary stage.The thesis can be divided into five parts,the main contents of each part are as follows:At the beginning,the introduction summarizes the reasons for the topic selection and the significance of this research.It briefly introduces the research methods and contents used in this article.A standard for evaluating the research results is proposed,in order to make the results of this article objective.The introduction ends with a brief introduction to the innovative part of the research;The first chapter mainly uses the literature retrieval method to summarize the effective documents retrieved.From the perspective of teaching model research and practical application,it sorts out the current research status of "Flipping Classroom" at domestic and abroad.Finally,the application of "Flipping Classroom" teaching model in teaching Chinese as a second language is summarized from the aspects of design research and experimental research;In the second chapter,based on the teaching principles of Chinese as a second language,according to the characteristics of "Flipping Classroom",I compared the traditional model with the "Flipping Classroom" teaching mode,and exploring the applicability of this mode in the primary stage in combination with the characteristics of the comprehensive Chinese at the primary stage.Explaining the feasibility of applying the "Flipping Classroom" teaching model in the Chinese1 of Mae Fah Luang University from three different perspectives respectively:teachers,students and teaching environment;In the third Chapter,I choose section 43 of Chinesel of Mae Fah Luang University as experimental class and section 21 as the control class according to the situation of the students,and the "Flipping Classroom" teaching model is used in section 43.I conducted an experiment of 1 and a half months based on the characteristics of the teaching model of "Flipping Classroom" by analyzing the learning situation of the experimental subjects and the textbook Chinesel edited by Mae Fah Luang University.After the experiment,I divide the students into three categories according to the actual implementation of the experiment,and compares the test results of the three categories of students in different aspects.The data comparison method is used to compare the overall level and comprehensive learning of the students and set out to verify the experimental results;The fourth chapter uses the questionnaire survey to learn about the students'evaluation of "Flipping Classroom" teaching mode in the experimental class.Finally,based on the evaluation of the experimental subjects,I reflect on this experiment from three aspects,including teaching videos,learner autonomous learning and classroom teaching,and puts forward suggestions for applying the "Flipping Classroom" teaching model in the comprehensive Chinese lesson for elementary students.Through this experiment,I believe that the application of the "Flipping Classroom" teaching mode in the Chinese teaching at the primary stage is feasible,which is conducive to improving the Chinese level of the entire class,especially in terms of listening and writing,and it is conducive to narrowing the difference of the students' level.However,the experimental results show that the "Flipping Classroom" teaching mode does not improve students' reading ability significantly,and the teaching process needs to be improved.This teaching mode has high requirements for students' autonomous learning ability.I recommend that should better to know the willingness to learn independently of students in advance when choosing this mode of teaching.In addition,this teaching mode is not suitable for the courses with long teaching time.I hope that the teachers of teacher Chinese as a second language will be paid more attention to the application of the teaching model through this research,and the process of the "Flipping Classroom"teaching model will be adjusted according to the specific situation of students,maximize the teaching effectiveness.In the conclusion part,I summarize this essay according to the actual situation of the experiment.
