The animation industry is a pollution of sustainable development of cultural industries. Derivative is widely emerging industry, animation industry can promote GDP, to become the regional economic growth and to promote industrial transformation of the sunrise industry. Now become one of the pillar industries of many countries’ economies. In recent years, China’s animation industry has developed rapidly, the country attached great importance to the development of the animation industry, but also introduced preferential measures to promote the development of animation industry, but compared to the United States, Japan, Europe and the United States and other countries of the animation industry, the current domestic the animation industry is not only extreme lack of truly influential works, and the animation industry is still not formed a complete industrial chain, and a huge market has become the source of other national animation industry profits.
