A Study About The Preparation Of Elementary Chinese Textbooks,Taking Development Chinese

As we all know，textbook is very important in teaching Chinese as a second language，especially the Elementary Chinese Textbooks，which affects the basis and interests of learners onstudying Chinese。This paper discusses the preparation of elementary Chinese textbook on the aspects ofconcept of writing of book，texts，vocabulary and exercises，taking Development Chinese–Elementary for example。About the concept of writing of book，which is the soul of the book，we focus on talking about the basic principal and common principals of the preparation oftextbooks；as texts are main body of the textbook，we talk on the aspects of genres and themes；vocabulary and exercises are indispensable，so they will be discussed on amount and types；atlast,we discuss the grammar。Because of the limited time,culture will not be discussed。...
