The Research Of Han Biao And His Poem

Han Biao is the son of Han Yuanji, who was the minister of Personnel Department inSouthern Song Dynasty. Not a long time later after he took the office that he went backhome to lead an ordinary life and write books. In Southern Song Dynasty, His personalcharacter and literary creation obtained a good evaluation. His proud and upstandingpersonality passed from mouth to mouth with approbation and was known in the literaryworld. This paper would carry a research about him and his poetry and Ci and then discussand confirm the truth of his due standing in the literary history.This paper is divided to five chapters to make a systematic analysis of him and hispoetry and Ci. In the first chapter, Han Biao’s family origins, life experiences andcommunication will be investigated and confirmed so as to display the general features ofhis family background and communicating objects. The second chapter focuses on HanBiao’s life of political and literary environment so as to reveal the specific historical andcultural background which may had an important impact on himself and his creation. Thethird chapter detailed analyzes Han Biao’s own personality traits, life thoughts, values, hispolitical thoughts and literary thoughts mainly by reading Han Biao’s poetry and Ci worksas well as relevant historical data. Finally the last two chapters would detailed describe thethemes and the artistic features of his poetry and Ci works on the basis of the previousdiscourse and then draw a conclusion on the due standing and effects of Han Biao and hisworks.
