Predicate-complement Construction In JinPingMeiCiHua

This paper, which takes JinPingMeiCiHua as linguistic monograph data, will make acomprehensive analysis about the predicate-complements in this monograph and strive toreveal the features of them, with the induction and description about the samples. Based onthe traditional standards, the predicate-complements will be divided into three kinds as thefollowings: predicate-resultative structures, predicate-directional structures and ‘V+得’predicate-complements. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter isprolegomenon.It mainly expatiates the values and the research actuality about themonograph JinPingMeiCiHua. There are the literatures review of the research oncomplement and predicate-complements in section one, meanwhile the introduction aboutthe JinPingMeiCiHua linguistic monograph data and the summary of my research isprovided in section two. The second chapter is about the predicate-resultative structures.The third chapter is about the predicate-directional structures. The fourth chapter is aboutthe ‘V+得’predicate-complements. The fifth chapter is the conclusion. In this part, thediscussed content of this paper is concluded and the features of the predicate-complementsare organized.
