Cold Abstract And Hot Abstract Sculpting Language Applied In Designing

The school of abstract is classified as cold abstract and hot abstract, which specialize inthe expression of intrapersonal feeling, emotion and cadence with application of point, line,colour and composition of picture and etc.In the material practice of abstract art, the characteristics of hot abstract endowspassionation and agility which pays attention to musical cadence and the meanings offormation and its connation; while cold abstract focuses on calm, acurate usage of line andhorizontal line or the quest of sence of order, thinking that formation is content as well. Hotabstract shows personal feelings of colour while cold abstract expresses tricolour attentively,focusing on natural beauty of original colours.The result of Geometry abstract art pursues the beauty of non-personality. First, it paysmore attention to its whole structure than single element of art with the habit of transactionalmethod of architecture. The attraction of organ sence is not emphasized. Thus the surface ofpicture seeks the clarity, acceptance the face of stability and coherence of structure. Second,just for the predilection of lubricous, mechanical and non-material effect, it also focuses onclarity, acuracy, clearness and purity. The artists of geographical painters prefer geographicalstructure and the samelike.Sculpting language of cold abstract and hot abstract applies abundantly in Mondrian andKandinsky’s production. with this as starting point and based on the said two artists’sculptinglanguage as cut-in this paper discuses and states deeply the elements from spiritualcharacteristics, sculpture and colour and the relation between this two artists.With the analysis and comparision of sculpting language of cold and hot abstract thisessay expresses the importance of designing and sculpting language and as well as the valueof research on cold and hot abstract designing and sculpting language, which enables thereaders to realize the application of cold and hot abstract and enhance the acknowledgementof it.
