On The Relationship Between The Geographic Environment And The Landscape Poetry,the Landscape Fu

This essay examines the Landscape Poetry, the Landscape Fu, from the angle of the relationship between the geographic environment and the Landscape Poetry, the Landscape Fu. I hope to humbly provide a novel window to look at and investigate into Chinese ancient literature of landscape.The discourse develops in four steps. The first part, from two facets, environmental facet, including regional, topographical and climatic aspects, and anthropological facet, including political and economical aspects, tries to delve into the characteristics of geographic environment in Jin Dynasty. With analysis using diagrams of related works, we shall see that environmental factors impacts greatly on the development of Jin Dynasty Landscape Poetry and Fu.The second part accentuates on the analysis of how geographic environment gives birth to aesthetic consciousness and life consciousness. We shall see that the evolution of aesthetic consciousness is the catalyst to Jin Landscape Poetry and Fu, with the connection between aesthetic subject and object being obscurely associated. We will also find out that the manifestation of life consciousness enriches the content of Landscape Poetry and Fu and verified its meaning, with a picture of fish and birds blithe and human life transient.The third part, from three points of view of geographic environment and phenomenon formation, regional attributes and political geographic awareness, addresses on the presentation of geographic mechanism in Landscape Poetry and Fu. At the same time it analyzes the influence of geographic custom.The last part probes into the generation of anthropological scenery, as interpreted as the reaction of Poetry and Fu to environment. Conclusions can be drawn as literature reacts to and rebuild environment and this connection further reveals the beauty of landscape and immortalizes the lasting of literature.
