Study On Basic Data Compilation Of Architectural Heritages

Architectural heritage documentation is such a work that information on composing，conditions and uses of architectural heritages are collected， analyzed， studied andevaluated.As this work is one of the basic tasks in architectural heritages’conservation， research，drumbeating and public education，its Systematic Management is of strategic importance andrealistic value in this field. Not only have significance of effective managements， canonicaltechniques and timely opening of documentations been emphasized in international chartersand documents in the field of architectural heritage again and again， but also many advancedcountries in Europe， America and Japan have been trying their best to build up administrantand technical system of architectural heritage documentation as important responsibilities oftheir governments by using different ways. Nevertheless， this work just begins in Chinathrough conservation planning， and there are still a lot of problems waiting for explorationand misunderstandings waiting for correction. According to this status， the author based onexperiences abroad and domestic development process， takes the Jindongnan area as theresearch object which is the typical districts have architectural heritages concentrated. Fromthe27Important Heritage Site Under State Protection real cases of basic data compilations inconservation planning， the author tries to indentify the common probles and analyzesprimarily representative problems in the operation courses form the aspects of contents，systems， mathods， levels and talent project. Finally the author brings forward technicalstrategies and practical methods on spot recordings in the projects in the capacity ofregionalized work.
