The comprehensive courses is one of the most important courses in Chinese education of Thai Universities, it combines the language elements and language skills, and mixed basic knowledge and practices of courses. How to make Thai students master knowledge during Chinese comprehensive classes more easily, and also feel like to learn Chinese from their heart, which is a big issue worth our consideration. Inside this article, the author used various of surveys, did research on the motivation of Thai students in learning Chinese, the attitudes of them in studying comprehensive courses, and what type of teaching games or other activities that college students will like and so on. Besides, there is further analysis of the psychological characteristics of Thai students. All of these provided feasibility basis for the author to design activities used in comprehensive course during teaching Chinese.In the article, the author investigated the teachers about the games they used in Chinese comprehensive classes through telephone interviews, and according to the theory of Wittgenstein’s "language games", summarized the activities can be used in the comprehensive courses and provide more ideal design for the subject students. The experiment procedure lasted for one semester. The author compared students’ responses during the classes and the scores of tests with last semester, and did interview with the typical student. Finally, the author reviewed the design and summarized the inadequate points, then give suggestions on how to use games and various of activities properly.The author conformed that it is effective to implement variety of activities during teaching Chinese comprehensive courses in Thai universities. The experiment also proved that activities can have an important impact on Thai university students’ Chinese proficiency improves. This study aims to provide a reference for teachers teaching Chinese language in Thailand, and make contribution is to explore new models of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
