The Cultural Industry occupies an important position in the national economy, and its future direction and trends are closely related to its business model. The business model of cultural industry is a basic principle which tells the cultural enterprises how to create value, to deliver value, to obtain the value, and to achieve the unity between the economic value and social value under the dual regulation of the market competition and government intervention. It contains six elements. There are the value proposition, the target customers, the key capabilities and core resources, the channel pathway and an important co-operation, the copyright regime and capital operation, and they are complementary. Combining the development status of Chinese cultural industry and analyzing the elements, the article sums up seven business models of cultural industry. Zhejiang Province is one of the powerful provinces of China, and its cultural industry is representative. In fact, Zhejiang has formed the distinctive cultural industry business models, such as the industry cluster model of film and television, the industrial chain model of animation and game, the brand management model of exhibition, the cross-media business model of publishing, the cultural capital operation of cultural tourism and so on. According to the analysis of Zhejiang, there are many problems of the models. The article attempts to put forward some suggestions, by which the cultural enterprises how to optimize the traditional business models in the Internet Times.The study on cultural industry business model is significant. Firstly, it can promote the development of cultural industries steadily. Secondly, using the appropriate business model can improve the overall level of Chinese cultural industry. At last, the innovation of business model is conducive to China to participate in international competition.
