With the rapid development of Chinese economy, contacts between the two countries China and Thailand that is increasingly close for recent years, therefore, more and more Thais choose Chinese as their second language. Thai-Chinese Teaching has already played an essential part in the world Chinese Teaching. Consequently, through concessive related words’research which are teaching difficulties, this paper takes Thai students as research subject, and further explores Thai students’rules of Chinese acquisition.The paper starts with literature review and points out the divergence and deficiency of the previous researches, and on that basis, the thesis redefines concessive related words. Then, through the questionnaire and errors analysis, this paper investigates some situation of the concessive related words’ acquisition. Combined with Beijing Language and Culture University HSK dynamic composition corpus, from grammar, semantics and pragmatics—three angles conclude the type of errors of concessive related words. Through the survey, in the grammar, semantics and pragmatics three levels, we can find that the errors rate of semantic is lowest of all, and it is the easiest fact for the students to master. On the contrary, the rate of pragmatic aspects is highest in the errors, so it is the common difficulties of the acquisition for each stage of Thai students. The errors of grammar level are most common, which exist widely in each stage.This paper argues that the key of concessive related words’acquisition lies in whether students can correctly understand and use the concessive related words, under the circumstance of language communicated. The teaching of concessive related words cannot be detached from its context. Based on semantics, grammar as the condition, and pragmatic as the key point, teachers should organically integrate three aspects, and teach concessive related words in specific contexts.
