At present, as the enterprise development and expansion, business strategy to change, market andcompetition have gradually become the blocks of enterprise development, which needs to design andinterpret the logo with new forms of thought. Since2000, changing logo has gradually become normal.But whether the time, the way and the art form can explain the inner meaning accurately, which is fatalto success.This paper divides the enterprises into nine business areas such as electronic information industry,the financial industry, the automotive industry, clothing and food industry. This paper will analyze thenine business areas from the followings, economic, political and cultural background. To face the globalcompetition, the enterprises need to change logo. Multinational enterprises depend on the agents to enterinto China, make the enterprises localization and further accelerate global economic integration process.With expansion of economic globalization and acceleration, brand transmissing medias are different,and more and more mature consumers make the enterprises create and maintain the brand moredifficultly. The enterprises must join in the competition, but old brands have to promote and perfect theoriginal brand image. Because of mergers and acquisitions, enterprises change the original logo.Whether the above factor has influence on enterprise original sign or not, but enterprise changes a newlogo, which will cause a lot of risks. Through outstanding case and failure case, we can analyze thegoods and bads of changing logo. Before changing logo, the enterprises have to make preliminarypreparation and adjust the strategies depending on the actual situations.These changes made enterprises realize that the consumers should be first. Consumer is the mostimportant factor for market. High-tech has stepped into human everyday life. Enterprises depended onthe consumers to expand enterprise activities to meet the needs of the customers, stimulate consumptionand cater to consumer tastes. From the above, we can know changing logo influences the design ofenterprise sign. The attitude of hommization asks the enterprises to give up the abandoned geometry,authority feeling, and mechanical sense and do their best to make the capital letters into small, simpleform, the geometry graphics personalized; Technical progress makes color tend to be more various,more humanized; Enterprises entering into internationalization, the logo design needs to pay moreattention to using human common marks and catchy figures. This article analyzes the causes andinfluences of changing logo, so as to provide some references for this field.
