Since 1904,the article has studied Chinese native logo as research object,depending on transition of society,politics,economy,and thinking. According to the development of a centry, the way of trial in history,summarizing every time of background of logo designing, ideas of logo designing, features of logo.The summary and the analyse applied the meaningful things for the development of chinese native logo in the future.This article has time as the key,apart this 100 years period to four historical phase to explain.The first phase, from 1904 to 1949,the first pinnacle for Chinese native logo design.The second phase, from 1949 to 1976,the centralized development and stagnancy period for Chinese native logo design.The third phase, from 1976 to the beginning of 1990,the period of renewing and development for Chinese native logo design. The fourth phase ,from mid 1990s till now,during which chinese domestic logo design developed rapidly.By using induction method,cause analyze method,comprehensive analyze method to make a detailed analysis to the typical design in different periods,and also work out a relevant summary.In consequence, at the end of this article, author not only gives some solutions of present circumstance for Chinese logo design, but also forecast the future evolution of Chinese logo design.
