Research On New Operational Types’ Development Of Culture Industry In Hunan

Culture is not only an important source for a nation’s cohesion and creativity, butalso an important factor to participate in the competition for comprehensive nationalstrength in today’s world. Under the background of12th Five–Year Plan whichproposes that we should promote culture industry to become the backbone industry fornational economy, the research on new operational types’ development of cultureindustry becomes the direction of our nation’s culture industry accordingly.The new operational types of culture industry is distributed in new operationaltypes in media, new operational types in entertainment and new operational types intourism according to different ways of classification and presents industrialcharacteristics of being support by technology, key by content innovation,fundamental by integration of capital technology and content.Hunan, as a big and modern diversity province with long history and culture, itsnew operational types of culture industry has showed a thriving development trend.Mainly embodies in the flourish development of “Happy shopping” mobile animation,digital publishing and broadcasting in media new operational types, the cabaret’s hotand rising of national performing arts in entertainment and performing newoperational types, the spreading of exhibition tourism, red tourism, eco-tourism andrural tourism in tourism new operational types.However, there are still some problems that exist in new operational types ofculture industry in Hunan, such as lacking the effective integration with traditionalculture industry in technology, business and market, the highlights of managementdefects, the imperfection of industry policy, the improper industry structure and thelow added value of culture products.So, this paper will provide strategies for the development of new operationaltypes of culture industry from the following five aspects: enhancing the integrationbetween new operational types of culture industry and traditional culture industry,building new profit model and financing model, optimizing industry structure,establishing proper industry policy to cultivate culture talents in order to provide areference for the new operational types’ development of culture industry in Hunan.
