Research On The Integration Of Chinese Cultural Industry From The Perspective Of Industry Chain

In recent years,China's cultural industry has developed rapidly,and the industry scale has grown steadily.It has become a new engine of social and economic development,and has played an increasingly important and active role in the strategic transformation and upgrading of social and economic development.The competition in the cultural industry is no longer a "point-to-point" competition between cultural enterprises,but more and more depends on the system integration between the various links in the cultural industry chain where the enterprise is located.Developing the cultural industry chain and promoting its competitiveness have become an important trend in economic development.However,China's cultural industry chain is incomplete and in a fragmented state.The key links such as content production are backward and lack of stability.The problems above make it impossible to form strategic joint force and synergy effects,which has greatly restricted the development of China's cultural industry.The topic of this dissertation is cut from here,and studies on evolution and integration which are the two core issues in the theory of industry chain.It is dedicated to answer three major questions: the first question is why the cultural industry chain should be integrated;the second question is what factors affect the evolution and integration of the cultural industry chain;the third question is how to integrate the cultural industry chain,that is,which path and model to adopt to integrate the cultural industry chain.Specifically,starting with the definition of basic concept of cultural industry chain,on the basis of the analysis and research of relevant basic theories,the current status and trends of the cultural industry development are studied,the dynamic evolution process of the cultural industry chain is analyzed,and the key factors affecting the evolution of the cultural industry chain are identified.Furthermore,the action mechanism of the influencing factors is analyzed.Based on the research of the influencing factors,this dissertation builds an integration index system and cultural industry chain integration model of the cultural industry chain.From the perspective of cultural industry chain integration,it systematically explores the evolution mechanism and integration ideas of China's cultural industry chain.This dissertation comprehensively uses game theory,multiple regression analysis,triangular fuzzy evaluation and other methods for analysis.The main research contents and conclusions of the paper are summarized as follows:Firstly,the dissertation systematically summarizes the development process of China's cultural industry,builds a model for the formation of China's cultural industry chain under the influence of market division of labor-transactions,and proposes that social division of labor and market transactions promote the formation of the cultural industry chain.Combining the characteristics of China's cultural industry,a basic structural model of China's cultural industry chain is proposed,including upstream cultural creative production,midstream cultural circulation and dissemination,and downstream cultural experience consumption.It is proposed that the characteristic of the cultural industry chain is the compound chain consisting of product chain,knowledge chain and value chain,and a value-added model of the cultural industry chain is constructed accordingly.The motivation of the cultural industry chain evolution is studied,and the main paths and mode of the cultural industry chain evolution are proposed.With the help of self-organization theory and Logistic equation,a general model of the evolutionary stage of the cultural industry chain is established,which theoretically reveals the internal mechanism of the formation and evolution of the cultural industry chain.Secondly,a diamond index theory is used to establish an index system of influencing factors of the cultural industry chain.Using the multiple regression model,a quantitative study is performed on the evolution influencing factors of the cultural industry chain.The study finds that economic levels,human resources,related industry development,market demand,and operating capabilities have a significant impact on the evolution of the cultural industry chain,which provides a basis for studying the evolution and integration of the cultural industry chain.On this basis,the evolution mechanism analysis is carried out,and the evolution general DCSP framework of the cultural industry chain is constructed.The interaction between the four mechanisms: the dynamic mechanism,the constraint mechanism,the selection mechanism and the guarantee mechanism of the cultural industry chain evolution is proposed to promote the evolution of the cultural industry chain.Thirdly,the dissertation attempts to establish a framework model for the integration of the cultural industry chain,introduces a complex network analysis method,and proposes a method for determining the key chains and key links in the cultural industry chain network;uses the cost-benefit comparison theory to study the vertical integration of the cultural industry chain;uses the model of competition and cooperation to analyze the horizontal integration of the cultural industry chain.Three specific integration models-equity restructuring,strategic alliance,and industrial cluster integration of cultural industry chain integration are proposed and analyzed.Fourthly,the paper constructs a model of the cultural industry chain integration operation mechanism,in which the three core mechanisms of benefit distribution mechanism,risk prevention mechanism,and competition selection mechanism,work together.The Shapley value method is used to carry out research on the integration and benefit distribution of the cultural industry chain based on the game theory.The research shows that cultural enterprises joining the cultural industry chain get more benefits.This kind of industrial synergy increases not only the income but also the stability of the industry chain operation.The paper analyzes the risks of cultural industry chain integration and proposes strategies for risk control of the cultural industry chain integration.The contributions of this dissertation are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)On the basis of transaction costs and other related theories,it establishes a basic theoretical system for the evolution and integration of the cultural industry chain;in combination with the characteristics of China's cultural industry,it proposes the structural model of China's cultural industry chain and establishes a general model of the evolution stage of the cultural industry chain,and theoretically reveals the internal mechanism of the formation and evolution of the cultural industry chain.(2)Based on the diamond model theory an index system of influencing factors for the evolution of the cultural industry chain is established.Using the data of cultural industries in various regions in China,the multiple regression model is used to quantitatively study the influencing factors of the cultural industry chain evolution,and the influence of various factors on the evolution of the cultural industry chain is obtained,which provides a basis for guiding the scientific and reasonable evolution and integration of the cultural industry chain.(3)This dissertation researches the path and method of determining and selecting the core key chains in the cultural industry chain network,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the integration path of the cultural industry chain.The Shapley value method is used to carry out the research on the integration of cultural industry chain and benefit distribution based on game theory.The research shows that cultural enterprises have better distribution of benefits by joining the cultural industry chain.(4)This dissertation researches and proposes three specific integration modes of cultural industry chain integration,which are equity reorganization,strategic alliance,and industrial cluster and conducts a comparative analysis.The triangle fuzzy evaluation method and quantitative strategy matrix are used to construct an integrated index system and model for the cultural industry chain.The dissertation puts forward relevant countermeasures an suggestions to guide and promote the integration and development of China's cultural industry chain.
