The purpose of this study is through the Yanbian area junior middle school students’ personality traits, attributional style, family education means and the inferiority of the relationship between research, understood the Yanbian area junior middle school students’personality traits, attributional style, family education means and inferior status, and find out the hidden in which personality traits, attributional style, family rearing pattern and the relationship between sense of inferiority in order to grasp, Yanbian area junior middle school students psychological health status, so as to enrich the junior middle school students’ personality traits, attributional style, family education means and inferiority theory empirical research, promote the Yanbian area junior high school students’ positive and correct attribution, reducing the sense of inferiority.The research on junior middle school students’ personality traits, attributional style, family education means and inferiority reading the documents and combing the basis, choose appropriate questionnaire inferiority complex scale (FIS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), EMBU (EMBU), attributional style questionnaire (MMCS), on the318Yanji city middle school students personality traits, attributional style, family education means and inferiority were investigated, on the recovery of data using SPSS for Windows18were statistically analyzed, and the people of junior middle school students’ personality traits, attributional style, family education means and the inferiority of the relationship are discussed, the conclusion as follows:(1) Yanbian area junior high school students’ self-esteem scores and five components of sex, nationality, whether the only child or not, urban and rural difference, whether for class cadres, grade, family type there are some significant differences in academic achievement, but show no significant differences.(2) Yanbian area junior middle school students’ personality traits and inferiority exists significant correlation, which the inside and outside to cover up, there was significant positive correlation, but there is significant negatively related to neuroticism.(3) Yanbian area junior high school students’ family education means and inferiority exists significant correlation, the active way of family nurture and inferiority there was significant negative correlation, whereas negative parenting style and self-esteem showed significant positive correlation.1(4) Yanbian area junior high school students’ attributional style and self-esteem have significant correlation with internal control, which have significant negative correlation, and external control factor and attribution scores there was significant positive correlation.(5) The external control and internal control ability, background, to his father, father, excessive interference rejection, father’s severe punishment for capital prediction ability, and attributional style for personality traits, parenting style and self-esteem mediating variables.
