Research On The Path Of Creative Culture Construction From The Perspective Of New Era

The new era is an era in which innovation is the key word.Historical experience shows that the progress of the times can not be separated from the guidance of new culture,and the social change needs the reconstruction of culture.Innovation culture is the most basic and fundamental factor affecting innovation practice,which has long-term influence and ultimate decisive power.With the deepening of innovation-driven strategy,innovation model has already surpassed the traditional linear model.Innovation not only occurs in a single link such as R&D,production,circulation and consumption,but also infiltrates into various aspects and multi-level complex systems engineering of social life in various ways.In view of this change,this study attempts to regard innovative culture as a system.Starting from the general characteristics of cultural system structure and the logical relationship among the elements within the system,the basic elements and internal logic of innovative culture system are obtained by combining theoretical analysis(the general process of innovative practice)with case analysis(the cultural elements within innovative enterprises).That is,value concept,system guarantee and physical carrier.On the logical relationship of the three,values are the core part of the innovative cultural system and play a decisive role.Under the stimulation of external environmental information and the influence of innovative values,innovators show certain institutional arrangements and behavior habits,thus affecting the changes of production methods and physical carriers.In terms of connotation,the value concept mainly refers to innovative values,which mainly includes three aspects: scientific spirit of pursuing truth,practical and usable culture of technological innovation and innovative consumption culture to meet demand.Institutional guarantee mainly refers to macro,meso and micro institutional arrangements related to innovative practice,which is to encourage individuals and organizations to innovate and create activities.The embodiment of administrative power in social innovation atmosphere;physical carrier means promoting innovation from bottom to top.It includes the construction of national technology innovation center,National Laboratory and other scientific research institutions,enterprise innovation platform,innovation base,public science popularization infrastructure and other material carriers.On the basis of these three levels,combined with the latest government data and relevant hot events,this paper analyzes the incentive and restrictive factors in the construction of innovative culture at the present stage,and combines the should-be dimension of the construction of innovative culture in the new era(Insist on innovation,focus on coordination,advocate green,open up and promote sharing),thus puts forward the possible path of the construction of innovative culture in contemporary China.Firstly,at the level of value concept,we should grasp the thinking mode of complex system,cultivate the scientific spirit of seeking truth and pragmatism,enhance the enterprise's innovative consciousness and create innovative consumption culture;secondly,at the level of system guarantee,we should overcome and break the obstacles of the current scientific and technological system in our country,mainly focusing on building a scientific and rational scientific and technological evaluation system,innovating scientific and technological management mechanism and emphasizing knowledge production.The creation,protection and application of rights;finally,at the physical carrier level,we should enhance the national science popularization ability,develop market-oriented Science Popularization Based on the development of science popularization industry,Information Science Popularization Based on emerging communication technology,Precision Science Popularization Based on people's living needs and crowdsourcing Science Popularization Based on public participation.
