Study On Protection And Development Of Mongolian Cultural Tradition By The View Of Construction Of New Pastoral Areas

In recent years, the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to "Three Rural Issue", and propose, draft and implement series policies, which promoted development of economic and social undertaking of rural and pastoral areas rapidly, leaded to build new countryside into a new period of development. Because the peasants and herdsmen’s cultural life is single, low cultural quality and lack of recognize to the traditional culture and cultural tradition and so on, new pastoral area construction of culture has faced new challenges.The protection and development of traditional culture is an important part of the construction of socialist culture, and the construction of socialist culture is a socialist new countryside and new pastoral area construction of one of the main contents. The cultural development in ethnic areas has an important theoretical significance. Fourth, the problems and cause analysis, from national language, literature, religion, policies, selective analysis the existing problems, and analysis objectively about the reasons of serious steppe ecology damage, transition of pattern of production and life, national education career development lag, culture service guide insufficiency, the effect of "cultural revolution".Fifth, about the countermeasures and method, from the aspects of system mechanism, protection and modernization, through nine concrete measures to raise the view about the protection and development of tradition of national culture, in which mainly focuses on the ecological protection, sexpsychology puzzle protection, medium type protection, Rescue protection, sustainable protection of various measures and puts forward the combination of traditional culture modernization development of new ideas.Sixth, the conclusion, in which summarizes and puts forward the innovation points and insufficient of this paper.
