The cultural and creative industry is one of the pillar industries in national economy.Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a pivotal position in cultural and creative industry,where there are coexistence of innovation and uncertainty,development and forward-looking,and ambiguity of the outer edge in terms of business operation,management of practitioners,job functions and responsibilities.This paper combines secretary science and culture industry management,and discusses the optimized strategy of secretarial work through analyzing the causes and effects of small and medium-sized enterprise secretary work.Moreover,it tries to establish the optimal reference system as well as clarifies the actual application scope and elements,to enhance the competitiveness and value of the secretary work in small and medium-sized enterprises in the cultural and creative industry.Firstly,this paper defines the function for the secretary work in small and medium-sized enterprises in the cultural and creative industry.Under the influence of scale and industry factors,it analyzes the characteristics of secretarial work based on job configuration,functions and responsibilities,the concept of innovation management and the relationship of entrepreneurs and creative employees in the cultural and creative industry.Secondly,this paper discusses proposals for the optimization of the secretary job mainly from the following dimensions: continuing optimizing the simple but the first-class innovation management,going over the job configuration for enterprises’ start-up period,growth period,transformation period and recession period,establishing the "book,office,plan,manage" functional responsibilities templates corresponding to the three levels of "junior secretary,intermediate secretary,senior secretary",especially adapting to the work needs of cultural and creative enterprises in aesthetic,intellectual property and mixed order management,forming a proper working relationship with the work objects and enhancing the professional quality of secretaries.Lastly,this paper clarifies the impacts and value of improving the professional quality of secretaries in small and medium-sized cultural and creative enterprises.That is to promote the efficiency and evaluation of corporate secretarial work,and to help secretarial practitioners’ professional development,which can be used as a reference for other corporate secretarial work.
