As an important part of Chinese language, Courtesy Words was appeared tomeet the needs of interpersonal communication in a civilized society. it is anembodied form of politeness principles. Courtesy Words play a very important rolein people’s daily communication. Timely use of correct Courtesy Words can improvecommunication, and then helps obtain appropriate effete of communication.The purpose of this research is to strengthen the Courtesy Words of Chineseteaching and thus to improve Chinese communication skills of the Mongolianstudents. By the way, it puts forward some positive suggestions for compilingChinese language teaching materials and teaching Courtesy Words in classrooms.
