Yongnian is located in the south of Hebei province. It is in the zhangci part of Jin dailect.Yongnian dialect has typical characteristics of Jin dialect, but Yongnian dailect’s developmentis not balanced, and it is in complex changes. Basic on "the dialect survey word table", thispaper makes a comprehensively research and analysis about Yongnian dialect, so that it canprovide more material for the study of jin dialect of Hebei.According to the characteristics of Yongnian dialect’s sound and geographical position,Yongnian is divided into five parts: east, south, west, north and middle. The evolution of therules are observed according to the contrasts in the internal space and the contrasts in differentage groups. Finally, the paper describes the phenomenon of ShuShengCuHua, and sums upthe traits of ShuShengCuHua.This paper mainly includes three parts:The first part is the introduction which includes a overview of Yongnian county and thesystem of phonetics of Yongnian dialect. Chapter one firstly introduces the geographicalcondition and the history of Yongnian county. Secondly introduces the significance andmethods of the research for Yongnian dialect and summarizes the research results of Yongniandialect. Chapter two is about the phonetics of Yongnian dialect which not only introduces theinitials and finals system, but also show the varity of initials and finals in different regions ofYongnian.The second part is about the initial project, through the comparison of the pronunciationin different regions and different ages, the findings are that the initials of words inZhiZhuangZhang group are [sù][sùG][ù] in the parts of east, south, west and north, but inmiddle parts the initials are [sù][sùG][ù][sr][srG][r]. And in middle part [sr][srG][r] are dyingaway. About the XiYin words of JingJian groups, JianJin is differente from TuanYin of middleand senior age groups, but in youth and junior age groups they are the same.The third part is finals RuSheng project. YongNian dialect’s RuSheng has[∫>][h∫>][t∫>][x∫>] four finals and short syllables. The evolution trend is RuShengShuHua.There are two rules. Firstly, QuanZhuoRu words turn to ShuSheng most quickly, and QingRu words turn to ShuSheng most slowly. Secondly, QingRu words turn to QuSheng, YinPingandYangPing, QuanZhuoru words turn to YangPing, most CiZhuoru words turn to QuSheng.According to the contrasts in the internal spaces, the pace of RuShengShuHua isgradually fast from west parts to east parts, RuShengShuHu words is more and more andRuSheng finals is lighter and lighter. In the parts of west, middle and south, there are someShuHua words of YangShengYun, but in the west and north parts there is no the phenomenon.The characteristics of Yongnian dialect’s ShuShengCuHua is consistent with Jinyu. Thewords of ShuShengCuHua are fome GuoShe, YuShe, ZhiShe and JiaShe. The finals of thesewords are [∫>][h∫>][t∫>][x∫>]. The way of ShuShengCuHua is contrary to RuShengShuHua.
