Yongnian District is located in the southern part of Hebei Province.Its dialect belongs to Han Xin Section of Jin dialect.It is also influenced by the adjacent Mandarin dialect,thus forming its own unique dialect characteristics.This paper mainly studies Yongnian dialect pronunciation from the aspects of plane description,historical comparison and tone sandhi.The main body of this paper includes five aspects: introduction,phonology of Yongnian dialect,comparison between Yongnian dialect and medieval phonology,loss of initials and conclusion of Yongnian dialect.The first chapter is the introduction,a brief account of phonogram in Yongnian District,geographical location,historical evolution,Yongnian dialect research status,the purpose and significance of the topic,methods and basic situation of pronunciator,the symbols.The second chapter is Yongnian dialect phonology,mainly introduces the basic situation of Yongnian dialect phonology,phonological coordination,tone sandhi and homophone lists.There are 24 initials(including zero initials)in Yongnian dialect,which are more than those in Mandarin.There are 38 finals(including self-formed syllables).Among them,34 are Shushengyun and 4 are Rushengyun,which are [(?)],[i(?)],[u(?)],[y(?)].There are 5 intonations,and the intonation is retained.The third chapter is the comparison of Yongnian dialect and Medieval phonology.Based on Dialect Survey Character List(2005 revised edition),the author compares the phonology of Yongnian dialect with that of Middle Ages,and studies its evolution law.The fourth chapter is the phenomenon of consonant dropping in Yongnian dialect,which is studied from two aspects: one is the record of predecessors;the other is the field investigation.What is more,exploring the causes of the phenomenon and a series of related problems related to consonant dropping in Yongnian dialect.The conclusion summarizes the above chapters,draws the conclusion of this paper,and illustrates the defects of my research.
