Athens polis is a social community.In this community,city is the center and citizen is themain body.In addition,the community combined with the sourrounding countries.Theestablishment of the nation and the city contact with religious which plays an important rolein the formation and the development of greek polis.The rise of the polis and the city have thesame process.when the city emerged,the relationship between city and county haveproduced.City and countryside is part of the polis.Athens polis is not only a citizencommunity,but also a religious community.Greek religious affect evey aspect of life in thepolis and it also affect the relationship between cities and countries.Polis is not changeless,ithas a development course contain formation,flourishing and decline.while religion plays aimportant role in this process.In the process,the Athens’s urban and rural which has influencedby religions will present a different picture.
