The study of this paper primarily inherits the theory of management by values created by Simon L. Dolan and Salvador Garcia. According to the method of case study, this paper proposes a conceptual framework from shared values to psychological contract of members, and answers the question of the mechanism of values in theory and organization mechanism of FGS Temple in practice. The study believes that organization values take effects by psychological contract, and the organization mechanism of FGS Temple is the management practice around values and psychological contract.In detail, this paper takes the case of FGS Temple, adopts the case analysis policy, and separates the whole content into two parts. Building theory first, and then studying the case.In the part of building theory, this paper does a lot of meticulous job in literature carding, and finds that it exists a strong relevance between values in organization and psychological contract. Both concepts are three-dimensioned in structure, and the three dimensions have consistency radically. Based on this, this paper builds a conducting model from values to psychological contract, and demonstrates that the values take effects by psychological contract. The psychological contract can promote the internalization degree of the values, and the key point of management by values lays on realization of share between organization values and member values. Besides, this paper concludes the three methods of protecting psychological contract of the values sharing:institutional protection, leader demonstration, and influence of other members.In the part of case study, this paper compares the case information of FGS Temple with the theory model built formerly. According to the generalization to the values of FGS Temple, this paper finds that in the three dimensions inside the organization, the FGS Temple emphasis more on emotion-relationship values and ethics-morality values, but emphasis less on economy-utility values comparatively. In addition, after the brief generalization to the content of psychological contract in FGS Temple, this paper finds that in the phase of psychological contract protecting or values sharing, FGS Temple has all the three methods discussed in the former. Finally, according to the sorting to all the conclusions of case study, this paper concludes that the nature of FGS Temple is a structure of concentric circles, with values, as management methods, sharing throughout inside and outside the organization.
