| Career Maturity refers to how much a person can reach the career goal which matches the phase of his career development.Career Maturity can be a sign of a man’s career development situation,which is an important aspect of human development.Theories with the actual situation of our country is put forward,measurement scale is developed, and intervention is implemented, so that the ministry of education will be able to manage the career education better, the career counseling will be provided with diagnosis standards,and the employers will be able to easily select the mature graduates.This research aims at proves the measurement models and the structures of Crites Scale, Zhangzhiyong Scale and Liulimin Scale in different groups are the same.with comformatory factor analysis structure equation model and multi-group analysis.The three models of different group(gender,region,and degree)is compared,and the quality of the model is judged.On the basis of researches on the model, this research find a new factor of Career Matuarity Model with theory study and general interview.Refer to related theories in and out of the country,the research take into account the opinions of students,teachers,working people and HR.This research develops a scale with high reliability and validity,by exploratory and comformatory factor analysis,under a sample of whole country students.The scale is revisioned, and740students all over the countries has been measured, the developing charactors have been analysed.The conclusions are made below:(1) Crites Scale and Zhangzhiyong Scale need to be revised before used in the whole country.(2) The measurement model and structure model of different groups measured by Liulimin Scale are consistent(3) Revised Scale for Career Maturity of college students includes3parts,10factors,with high reliability and validity,which can be used in related researches.(4) Different group of college students varies in the Career Maturity. |
