"Literature Of The17Years" Violence Narrative

This thesis discussed the The Red Classics novel that written in1949-1966, in the premise of discussing the relationship between the power and the violence narration, the thesis investigated the feature of violence narration belong to the novels such as 《red flag》《snowy forest》《red sun》《red rock》《song of youth》 and so on, and for further, the thesis try to induct the strategies in different novels and found the defects in violence narration。In the introduction, the thesis summary the definition of violence, and analysis the different definitions about violence。The body part is divided into three chapters. the chapter one discussed the raletionships between the power and the violence narration, point out how the political power affect the violence narration. based on this, general the feature about the revolutionary violence,which is "sacred-moralized"narration, and the counterrevolution violence narration is a part of revolutionary violence narration. The chapter two focus on the narrative strategies of violence narration, and summarized three strategies,the first one is using revenge mode,which can make the violence become reasonable. The second strategie is the discourse constraints, including legal restrictions、body restrictions and details reatrictions, by those way the violence narration avoid becoming cruel and bloody. Besides, the digestion of violence is a important way to make the narrations become moderate. In chapter three, the thesis discussed the missing about the violence narration. There are two main defects, at first, when the violence has been discussed, the authors talk about the significance but ignored the people, more importantly,the significance which the authors discussed is also not uniform,for we can not find the real significance at all. all of those make the violence narration become not impeccable.In conclusion, the thesis point out the effects of the violence narrations, and introduced the feature of violence narration in the new time.
