In this paper, we selected the proface and the translation by Wang Yi in Chuci Zhangju as the study corpora. And we described and analyzed some syntactic phenomenons on this corpora. The article is divided into six chapters, and the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters of which are the main part.The first chapter is the introduction, including the reason why we selected this issue, the research status about it and a description of Chuci Zhangju. The method of exhaustion, semantic and structural analysis and diachronic and synchronic comparison are used in our research.The main part includes five chapters.In the second chapter, the telescopic form of Chuci Zhangju is divided into different categories according to the different meanings of the verb. And the various forms of its predicates are also described in this chapter. Compared with ancient Chinese, the conclusion is proved that the telescopic form of Chuci Zhangju has developed rapidly.In the third chapter, the main content is the development of disposal structure in Chuci Zhangju, which is formed by the word "Yi". By the semantic and structural analysis, it is found that the disposal structure in Chuci Zhangju is the general type and is similar to the ancient Chinese. In the forth chapter, the passive structure of Chuci Zhangju has been divided into four categories. And compared with ancient Chinese, it is found that the passive structure by "Wei...Suo..." or "Bei" have developed rapidly. Especially the form by "Bei" has been in advance in the total literatures of Eastern Han Dynasty.In the fifth chapter, the judgment sentences have been divided into two categories formed by noun phrases and by "Wei". Through the analysis, we can find that the judgment sentences in Chuci zhangju has lagged behind other literatures of Eastern Han Dynasty.In the sixth chapter, the main content is the development of interrogative sentences of Chuci Zhangju. Compared with the interrogative sentences of Chuci, we can find its interrogative pronoun "Shu" has been changed to "Shui", and some interrogative pronouns of Chuci Zhangju have double syllables. In addition, the modal particle "Hu" and "Ye" have been widely used in Chuci zhangju.The last part in this paper is the conclusion. The syntactic phenomenon of Chuci Zhangju has been divided into two aspects of inheritance and development. And it is pointed out that the development of the passive structure by "Bei" has been in advance and the judgment sentences in Chuci zhangju has lagged behind other literatures of Eastern Han Dynasty. Some problems for this article are also mentioned in this chapter.
