The first chapter introduces the background, aim, significance andstructure of the translation project. Followed the second chapter focuses on theconcept of international works tendering and biding, the background of the sourcetext and potential translation approaches to be used. The third chapter goes onanalyzing the major problems revealed in the process of translation andelaborating preparation work，followed by an analyzing of adopted translationapproaches underpinned by solid examples extracted from the finished translation.The fourth chapter serves as the conclusion of the translation report. It summarizes the lessons and experience drawn from the translating process and explainsproblems that remained to be copped by followers of similar studies.
